BKT Germany unites three core competencies under one roof: As a PU system house, we develop tailored polyurethane casting resins and foam systems - from integral skin foam to compact systems and food-grade specialty formulations. With our own low-pressure casting machines, we deliver the matching processing technology - Industry 4.0-ready, with Siemens S7 control and remote maintenance.
We also produce high-quality PU semi-finished goods and custom moulded parts on our own equipment - 100% made in EU-Germany. For applications requiring elevated temperature resistance, we offer specialised silicone systems. And with elforyn®, we have developed a high-quality ivory substitute material for knife making, instrument building and exclusive product design.
