PU Semi-Finished Products: Plates, Round Bars & Blocks
Our semi-finished products form the basis for your prototypes, small series or high-strength machine components.
Plates: From 50x305 mm to 300x600 mm
Thicknesses: Standard from 3 to 10 mm
Round bars: Diameters from 16 to 50 mm
Special forms: Square profiles and solid blocks also available
Stress-relieved and tempered for maximum dimensional accuracy during machining (milling, turning, drilling).
Approx. 70% of our standard range is immediately available from stock. For everything else, we offer individual cuts on request.
Custom Molded Parts: From Idea to Component
You have the geometry, we have the right system. As a system house with our own machine park, we manufacture custom molded parts directly in-house.
Full-service manufacturing: We use our own high-precision casting systems and PU systems optimized for you.
Special applications: Whether extremely abrasion-resistant seals, vibration-damping buffers or complex housing parts made of rigid integral foam.
Process guarantee: Since we control both the chemistry (system) and hardware (machine), you receive molded parts with the highest structural homogeneity and minimal tolerances.
