Flexonal® Silicones
High-temperature silicone elastomers for industrial applications
Flexonal® Silicones are 2-component liquid rubbers (RTV-2, addition-curing), specially developed for applications requiring extreme temperature resistance and excellent chemical resistance. With continuous temperature resistance up to 220°C and short-term up to 260°C, they significantly outperform conventional elastomers.
Our silicone systems feature exceptionally low viscosity, fast vulcanization and very low shrinkage. They are supplied ready-to-process as 2-component mixtures and are suitable for both machine processing (e.g. with our DG 107) and manual application via hand processing and vacuum casting.
