BKT Germany is an owner-managed PU system house based in Rödermark near Frankfurt. Since our founding in 1985, we have combined chemical formulation, low-pressure casting machines and parts manufacturing under one roof.
We develop polyurethane systems from a minimum quantity of 100 kg across a hardness range of Shore A 10 to Shore D 85, depending on system and application. Processing is carried out on our own low-pressure casting machines with Siemens S7 controls and Industry 4.0 connectivity. In contract manufacturing, we support projects from prototype to series production - certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
Our proprietary brand FLEXONAL® has stood for specialised PU elastomers in screening, filtration and edge coating technology for decades. Via our shops flexonal.de and elforyn.de, we sell semi-finished products and the uniquely formulated ivory substitute elforyn® directly to processors worldwide. Numerous patents and trademarks document our capacity for innovation.

Elastomer Casting Machines: Precision in Casting
Complex media (filled, abrasive) often cause wear and dosing errors in standard machines.
Our low-pressure elastomer casting machines are designed for demanding media. Compact, mobile and Industry 4.0-ready (Siemens S7). For reproducible processing in lab, pilot and production environments.
Semi-Finished Products & Moulded Parts: Quality You Can Touch
Poor material quality in purchased parts leads to rejects during further processing.
We produce semi-finished products (sheets, rods, blocks, square profiles) and custom moulded parts on our own equipment. 100% made in EU-Germany and designed for reliable machinability.

Edge Coating of Paper Machine Clothing: How Flexonal® Extends Service Life
Paper machine clothing - press felts, dryer and forming fabrics - are precision wear parts. With every machine pass they run across grooved rolls, through press nips, and are continuously loaded with water, fibres and process chemistry. The edges are especially critical: shear forces, redirections and guide elements cause the first fatigue cracks here. Without effective edge protection, the service life of the clothing drops dramatically.

Electronic Potting: Why Chemistry and Machine Must Work Together
