The type DG 103 systems are designed especially for industrial use in manual, semi-automatic or highly automated applications and for 2 or 3 components. Whether for casting, spray-coating, bonding or foaming, a DG-103 has an excellent cost-benefit ratio. A range of drives and dosing gears combined with different mixing heads enable output capacities from 0.5 g to 15 kg per minute.
The modular construction apermits the processing of all conventional 2 and 3 plastics, the spreading or spraying of reactive coatings, the bonding ans casting of moulded machine and electronic components and the application of foam sealants and insulations.
